Our story

A woman looking up at the night sky through a transparent umbrella

So, what happens when you bring together two powerhouses with a shared commitment to cutting through the noise and helping leaders evolve?

Synergy? Potentiality? Blue-sky thinking? Core competencies?

No, no, no, and no.

At MojiiCo, we're on a mission to transform the world of business, one leader at a time.

We believe effective leadership in complexity comes from self-awareness, the willingness and courage to change and a commitment to take action—not quick fixes or generic solutions.

We share clear values and many perspectives, such as:

In a fast-paced world, we need clarity of leadership.

Clarity requires clear thinking, honest communication, a simple strategy, and people rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

Action that creates impact needs people to be on board, have focus and be brave enough to take the first step toward a potential solution without having all the answers.

This stuff isn’t easy. It can be tricky, but it makes a real difference – and that’s where we come in!

We think the world is complicated enough, so we are clear and open, seeing and saying it as it is.

Together, we have created a unique approach to leadership development that merges expertise with empathy, combining real-world experience with a healthy dose of humour and humility. There’s no jargon here—just truth, honesty, integrity, accountability, and a sprinkle of playfulness.

Whether you're a seasoned executive looking to up your leadership game, a team navigating change, or an organisation ready to break free from the status quo, we’ll support your move from chaos to clarity.

With our different and complementary skills, shared values, and infectious energy, we co-create a learning experience that's as transformative as it is fun. Because let's face it—if you're going to do the hard work of leadership development, you might as well enjoy the ride, right?

Our founders

Cathleen O'Sullivan

Meet Cathleen, a German-born powerhouse with a knack for leadership and a mind capable of absorbing insights into human behaviour faster than you can say “Gesundheit!”.

Starting out in the not-at-all-anxiety-inducing retail industry, Cathleen learned firsthand how humans cope with stress, long hours, and the part-art, part-science of customer satisfaction.

Then, as if that wasn’t enough, she moved to the UK.

Putting past experience to use, she began leading and influencing large and diverse teams, collecting cultural insights like stamps in a post-Brexit passport. She built her own company in 2019, working with people from almost every continent on the globe. Oh, and she somehow had time to become a certified coach and leadership expert along the way.

But Cathleen’s not your average transformational leadership coach or whatever the latest industry term is—instead, mercifully, she brings a clear, distinct, and direct approach to what she does. Authenticity and empathy are not words she wields as weapons. They’re who she is.

But wait, there’s more! She also volunteers her time to mentor future leaders and support causes close to her heart. Let's not forget that Cathleen is also raising a small human being, who's regularly holding up the metaphorical mirror, offering the most valuable insights into her own leadership.

And now, as a co-founder of MojiiCo, you can bet your meetings with us are less power suits and boardroom battles, and more about making a real, tangible difference, to who you are and what you do.

With Cathleen at the helm, expect laughter, learning, and maybe a few tears. Of joy, of course.
  • I’m all about genuine connections and creating spaces where we can just be ourselves.

  • I’m currently diving into Neurodiversity Coaching – it's very close to my heart.

  • I’ve a thing for interior design–I did a basic certification and love following designers and influencers.

  • Wine enthusiast here! Dreaming of studying wine production and getting my hands dirty in a vineyard someday. The movie “A Good Year” is one of my faves.

  • They say I'm a natural connector, good at bringing diverse folks together and making strong connections.

  • Music and dancing are my jams–from rock gigs to Berlin jazz bars, from indie festivals to Ibiza chill, I'm there.

  • I once joined a guitar troupe, and studied a course in Camden, and then ended up playing a gig with newfound friends. I’ll get to New Orleans one of these days!

  • Give me sunshine, warm rain, and that local vibe – I'm in my happy place.

  • Okay, I'll admit it – I'm a bit of a cry baby, even Disney movies get me every time.

Jules O'Donnell

Meet Jules, dynamo of inspiration and transformation. She's like a human firework, lighting up imaginations and sparking belief like it's nobody's business. With a passion for making stuff happen, she steers individuals and teams to the sunny shores of success.

Jules has danced—well, not literally, that would just be weird—through the corridors of multinational organisations across Europe and the UK, leaving a trail of inspiration and strategic brilliance in her wake. From learning and development to strategy and change, she's done it all.

Her bag of tricks includes everything you need to improve leadership, communicate better, and get better results. And hey, she's got the memberships to prove it, from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the International Coaching Federation.

But Jules isn't just about talk—she's a woman of action. From designing life-changing leadership programmes for big-name corporations to leading the charge on community-based diabetes awareness campaigns, she's out there making a real difference.

And let's talk about recognition—Jules has got it in spades. Board members, senior leaders, you name it—they're all lining up to sing her praises.

As a co-founder of MojiiCo, Jules is the beating heart of innovation and empowerment, guiding us all toward a future where the only limit is our imagination. So strap in, because with Jules’ unique blend of humour, wit, and passion, you’re in for one heck of a ride!
  • I love the sound of bird song and the wind in the trees; seeing kids jumping in puddles and kicking up leaves myself

  • I can’t resist cuddling furry friends—puppies, cats, bunnies, you name it!

  • My laugh? Loud and infectious, with a hint of Barbara Windsor (from the Carry On films)!

  • I love smiling at strangers and getting a smile back. It happens a lot

  • I love writing using my grandfather’s fountain pen—in purple ink—it’s almost like holding his hand again

  • The unexpected in Nature fills me with joy. The glint of sun on water, rippling sunshine, warms my heart. Flowers flourishing in the middle of the highway, against all the odds. Birds singing in the rain

  • Seeing someone have that “Aha!” Moment, love it! I get excited seeing people achieve things they didn’t think were possible

  • I'm a book monster, love my non-fiction Book Club! Opening a new book, that smell; it feels like the start of a new adventure

  • I possess two superpowers: hyperosmia (a “super-smeller”, even detecting hot water!) and hyper-observance, noticing intricate details and subtle cues. This makes me an empathetic observer and an insightful conversationalist

  • Not to brag, but... I've played the violin with celebs, walked over fire, and sung at the Royal Albert Hall in London

Do you want to change that?

    That’s where we come in.
